3.3 Account Termination
499ber reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these terms.
- Involvement in fraudulent or dishonest activity.
- Creating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
- Using this platform for any unlawful activity.
- At your own request to close the account.
Section 4 — Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- KYC (customer verification) may need to be completed before withdrawal.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
- For unusual transactions, 499ber may request additional verification.
Section 5 — Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. Two examples are given below:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳26,000.
The welcome bonus can be claimed only once and only one bonus applies per user, household, address, device or IP address.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A specific wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount.
- A specific time limit applies to meeting the wagering requirement.
- Not all games may contribute equally to the wagering calculation.
- Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Any attempt to abuse bonuses or obtain bonuses through fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. This includes:
- Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
- Using risk-free betting strategies to meet wagering requirements.
- Using prohibited software or bots.
- Exploiting bonuses through groups or syndicates.

- The game service provider's own rules also apply.

Participation in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:

- Inappropriate communication with or harassment of other players.
- Attempting to identify or exploit system vulnerabilities.

- Multiple members of the same household operating multiple accounts from the same device.
